The program focuses on BIM modelling, coordination workflows, quantity extraction, and construction documentation, preparing students for roles such as BIM Modeler or BIM Engineer.

Students gain hands-on experience working on international BIM project workflows used in India, the Middle East, the UK, and other global construction markets, while developing coordinated models integrating Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.

• LOD 300 — Detailed Design Commercial Building (US-Based)
• LOD 350 — BIM Coordination Project Commercial Building (UAE-Based)

⭐ Optional Advanced Module — LOD 400 BIM Project Students may opt for an advanced construction-ready BIM project (additional fee applicable) focusing on shop drawings, multidisciplinary coordination, COBie data integration, and as-built documentation.

The core Professional BIM program includes project exposure up to LOD 350, while the LOD 400 project is offered as an advanced module.

BIM Standards & Industry Workflows

Students gain exposure to BIM standards and workflows used in international construction projects.
Topics include:

• RIBA Plan of Work (UK BIM Standard)
• ISO 19650 BIM standards
• Levels of Development (LOD 100–500)
• BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
